The Faculty of Chemical Technology (FCT) hereby informs all students of the Faculty regarding the Student Conduct Scores for Semester II of the 2025–2026 academic year, as assessed by the Faculty.

🔹 1. Feedback on Student Conduct Scores

The Faculty organized two rounds for receiving student feedback on the conduct scores, as follows:

Round 1: From August 9, 2026 to 11:00 PM on August 12, 2026.

Round 2: From August 14, 2026 to 11:00 PM on August 15, 2026.

The specific feedback periods were communicated to students in advance. Feedback submitted after the above deadlines will not be accepted or processed by the Faculty.

🔹 2. Period for Inquiries and Clarification

Students who need further clarification or wish to discuss matters related to the conduct scores assessed by the Faculty may contact:

🔹 3. Next Steps

After completing the review and processing of all relevant matters, the Faculty will submit the conduct score records to the Office of Student Affairs for consolidation and further processing in accordance with the University’s regulations.

📌 Students’ provisional conduct scores will be announced after the Office of Student Affairs completes the consolidation process. Therefore, the scores currently assessed by the Faculty are not yet the final official conduct scores.

All students of the Faculty of Chemical Technology are kindly requested to pay particular attention to the above deadlines.
