Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade announces the course registration plan for all undergraduate students for Semester 1 of the 2026–2027 academic year.

Students must complete all outstanding tuition fee obligations from previous semesters before registering for courses. Courses will be delivered through either face-to-face instruction or E-learning on the HUITx platform. For E-learning courses, approximately 70–80% of the learning activities will be completed on HUITx, while the remaining 20–30% will involve direct or online interaction with lecturers. Students enrolled in E-learning courses are eligible for a 5% tuition fee reduction in accordance with University regulations.

Course registration must be completed through the student portal. The registration schedule consists of two periods:

Registration Period 1: From June 1 to June 10, 2026, according to the specific schedules assigned to each cohort and programme. During this period, students may register for new courses or cancel registered course groups.

Registration Period 2: From 8:30 a.m. on June 17 to 4:00 p.m. on June 19, 2026. During this period, students may only add courses; cancellations are not permitted.

Students may withdraw from registered courses from 1:00 p.m. on August 17 to 4:00 p.m. on August 21, 2026. Tuition fees for withdrawn courses will not be refunded.

Students are advised to carefully review their curricula, select the correct compulsory and elective courses, check class schedules and campuses, and retain a copy of their successfully registered timetable. Firefox or Google Chrome should be used for registration; Safari on iPhone or iPad is not recommended.
